  • Nova Moto’s battery swap system is designed to eliminate downtime, maximize operational efficiency, and provide a seamless solution for last-mile delivery. Here’s how it works:
  • Nova Moto’s electric motorcycles are equipped with removable, rechargeable batteries that are easy to handle and replace.
  • Riders can visit designated battery swap stations when their battery runs low.
  • At the station, the rider removes the depleted battery from their bike and replaces it with a fully charged one.  The entire process takes just a few minutes—much faster than waiting for a battery to recharge.
  • Swap stations are stocked with fully charged batteries, ensuring riders always have a reliable power source to continue their deliveries without interruptions.
  • With the battery swap system, riders can complete their routes efficiently without worrying about charging delays or running out of power mid-delivery.
  • The battery swap system eliminates the need for businesses to invest in costly charging infrastructure, making it a budget-friendly alternative for fleet operations.
  • The system is designed to handle high volumes of battery swaps, making it suitable for both small and large fleets.

  • Less than a minute
  • The NovaMoto VS2 is fitted with two batteries that has a range of 100km
  • The swap stations are strategically located to ensure convenient access for riders in key delivery areas.
  • For businesses that prefer on-site charging, we provide battery fast chargers, allowing you to recharge from 0% – 100% in 15 minutes.
  • The state of charge will clearly be displayed on the dashboard and will inform the rider of the range that it is able to do before the battery runs out.
  • An emergency battery swop will have to be done by another rider or as a call out through our authorised service and maintenance partners, at an additional cost.
  • Once the battery SOC reaches 10% or below, a “low battery” indicator will flash on the LCD display. It is good practice to do battery swops on or before a battery reaches the 10% SOC point. The estimated range per single battery is 45-50km. The LCD display has a “Remaining Range” function that can help riders plan trips and battery swaps better.

  • Yes, we offer a comprehensive maintenance plan on all fleet rentals.
  • Our fleet support operating hours are from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Any after hour call outs will incur additional charges.
